With our plan, if your slicing machine breaks, all you need to do is make one phone call and you can be confident it will be taken care of. You will receive a guaranteed working loaner at your location in less than 24 hours. Your broken machine will be picked up and brought to our repair shop. We will see what is wrong with it and repair it for a flat fee of $200 plus parts. And we will bring your slicer back and retrieve the loaner. As an additional benefit, this service will include 10% off on any purchase of a new or rebuilt machine; it will include free delivery and 10% off all accessories (like knives, sharpening stones, mixer bowls, and tools). This service will begin 10 days after receipt of payment (or on March 1st. 2021 for orders made earlier) for $730 per year (that’s $2 per day).

Be sure to provide all necessary information and assistance related to service performance that allows Globe Slicers to meet the performance standards as outlined in this document.

Your start date of service is ten days from receipt of payment (or on March 1st. 2021 for orders made earlier). Response times of fewer than 24 hours are for calls received more than two hours before our closing time. Calls received within 2 hours of our closing time will be responded to within twenty four hours of our next business day. Our regular business hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.) Exclusions are holidays, vacation days, natural disasters, and inclement weather.
