This 30 quart commercial bread mixer is tough, durable, and built to last, providing years of dependable operation at a fraction of the cost of other mixers. It is gear driven with 3 speeds. It has a safety guard and It has a standard front-mounted size 12 hub for use with Hobart #12 size attachments (meat grinder, vegetable slicer, cheese grater and shredder attachments available separately). It comes in an easy to clean grey powder coat finish. Included with each mixer is a safety guard, a built in timer, 1 stainless steel bowl, 1 spiral dough hook, 1 flat beater, and 1 wire whip.
