This powerful 260 pound capacity spiral dough mixer has an 11.5 HP agitator motor and a 5 HP bowl motor which work together to imitate hand kneading and rolling motions. The gentle coordinated movement of it's bowl and agitator keeps dough cool while mixing for consistent texture. The dough will not over-develop and it blends in half the time as a comparable planetary mixer. The mixer includes a dual 30 minute timer and a 3-mode reverse feature for the mixing bowl (clockwise, stop, and counter-clockwise) so your dough can be mixed to perfection! It includes a safety guard for safe use which must be closed for the mixer to function and it has a front guard with an opening for adding ingredients while mixing.
