This counter top electrical deep fryer is ideal for small to medium applications.  The body is made of stainless steel, allowing for durability, easy cleaning and a clean, professional appearance.  The EF6L is equipped with a limit switch to prevent overheating, and is designed with a thermostat, which controls the temparature between the ranges of 140°- 392°F/ 60°- 200 °C.  A customer favorite!
