Stainless steel fence can be set for any width of product such as tomatoes or onions to prevent them from rolling.  Up to 3 fences can be used to provide chutes for production of slicing of meats or vegetables such as onions for onion rings, oranges, and many other food products.

 

The stainless steel fence will fit on Hobart slicers that have stainless steel carriages - models: 1612,1712, and 2000 series slicers 

(not for old style non-stainless carriages).
