Refurbished Hobart buffalo chopper.
Rapidly process salads, dips, chopped steaks, and other fine foods with the Hobart 84145-1 food cutter with #12 hub. This powerful kitchen workhorse comes complete with a 14" stainless steel bowl, cutlery-grade, stainless steel knives, a stainless steel knife comb, and 3" stainless steel legs with rubber feet.
A durable 1/2 horsepower motor ensures a constant 22 RPM bowl rotation, as well as a 1725 RPM knife rotation to meet the most demanding operations. Watch as food products are reduced to a uniformly small particle size for salads, spreads, bread crumbs, and other budget-friendly recipes.
For excellent cleaning and sanitation, the Hobart 84145-1 food cutter with #12 hub can be easily disassembled without the use of tools. In fact, the bowl, bowl cover, and knives are all easily removable after use. Additionally, the 84145-1's housing is designed of 1-piece, burnished aluminum, and contains no cracks or crevices to trap food particles.
