This refurbished Hobart Buffalo Chopper with #12 hub features has an 18" stainless steel bowl, with 20 RPM bowl rotation. The 84186-1 has cutlery-grade, stainless steel knives that rotate at 1725 RPM, with a stainless steel knife and comb.  You can easily remove the bowl cover, knives and bowl without the use of tools, and it also features a safety lock for the bowl cover. For durability and sanitary purposes, the 84186-1's housing is 1-piece, burnished aluminum, and contains no cracks or crevices to allow food product to hide and cross-contaminate.  115/60/1. NSF listed.
